After reading the information on the website and the reviews they put on it I was excited to get the Raptor Pro until I actually got it. It is totally worthless and not worth a penny. Their customer service is completely useless because they don’t even answer the phone even after calling multiple times over 3 days. The watch does NOT do what is advertised. Only can put 8 contacts and can’t do anything with texts because they say it not designed to do those things even though they advertise it does. This company is nothing more than a sc to defraud consumers out of money and they are good at it. Then when I express my total dissatisfaction with what I received I learned that you only have 3 days to maybe return it (if they decide you have a reason that’s acceptable to them) or you’re just out of luck. The product is not as advertised and everything on their website is just marketing word games representing an item the you will never really get. Total scam. Total fraud. And they are taking it to the bank. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BY AMY ALPHA GRAR PRODUCT!!!!!!!

The absolute worst company ever. I admit the got me with one of their buy one get one free offers. In less than 30 days, one of the two watches is dead. It wont' charge or turn on. They now want me to pay $45 for another watch. Complete garbage. The flimsy chargers are a joke. I am sure it won't be long before the other goes out. Do not but this garbage!

It’s crazy how they will not allow us to write an honest reviews, I bought it I should be able to write one. But they will pay you for a fake review, had it for a day and already having trouble returning it. Still waiting for them to let me know when I can return it. Ask me to take pictures of what’s in the box like we done kept something. Take the whole b****h back, all set don’t need none of that non accurate functions. Doesn’t even work correctly. Their app’s rating is horrible, didn’t even download it. Buy that on wish and you will receive the same quality or better. Smh. Definitely waste of my time and money.

I had been looking for a smart watch but in my line of work (Law enforcement) all watches I had purchased failed to perform. I saw the Alpha watch line and ordered it after watching and reading about it. I’m totally beyond satisfied with it. It stands up to everything I’ve put it through. I recommend the Alpha watch line for any line of work or just every day usage.

My wife got me the alpha gear pro a month ago I love it very comfortable and works well.

Don’t buy. The video is a fake. I had the watch for 3 month., only 7 min at the pool. The watch stop working. Not even water proof. Can’t even get a replacement. Customer service didn’t want to help. Asking me to pay 49 got a new watch + shipping. Like that new watch will be water proof. I even got a friend to buy the watch last week. What was I thinking.

Absolute garbage watch and garbage customer service. I cannot agree more with the reviews on their customer service - This is the worst of the worst for customer service. I have tried numerous times to get in touch to return a watch and their auto reply states, someone will get back to you in a few hours, and they never have responded. The watch is very cheaply made and the app that you have to pair it with is as low budget as you can get. You get what yo pay for! Save your money and buy a real smart watch with good customer service.
