Wish I could give this watch zero stars. Was really thinking these things were tough. I had the alpha watch for 3 days when carrying some lumber and my arm brushed against my side and broke the band completely off the face of the watch. The watch is trash. Support response is awful. They say the screen protector is non refundable and I will be charged if no cable is in box but this watch comes with no cable.

I love my Raptor Pro watch being in construction I can answer my phone without compromising my safety. I have ordered 3. 2 as gifts and my personal and they loved it. Can't beat battery life especially when coming home tired I can see how much sleep I get. Apple watch was like carrying an egg hoping you didn't break it. would definitely recommend to anyone doing rugged activities.

Trash. Not even 2 months of use and it's screen is toast. I see it trying to connect via Bluetooth but the screen is gone. Not durable just the appearance of durable. Support can take a week or more to respond. It's an overpriced chinese junk "smartwatch" the smartwatch aspect of this watch is seriously limited

Going to add to the pile of bad reviews. Ordered the Bravo XL and received it fairly quickly. It’s a visually impressive watch, but the step counter, gps and health stats are all wonky and inaccurate. So, multiple emails and phone calls later, zero response from the support staff (if there is one). DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Bought the Alpha Gear Delta watch military green. Connected to phone, worked great………for 3 weeks then went completely dead. Wouldn’t take a charge, did nothing. Contacted Alpha Gear and had a new watch sent to me. Got it today, took it out of the box. NOTHING, no display, charged it for 4 hours, doesn’t work at all. These things are trash.

I ordered a watch, and I was not too fond of it, so I sent it back for another watch of my choosing. They stated in their email that they would replace it at no cost. And now I am being sent an email saying they want another payment for them to send it to me. Now they want to add a 20% restock fee and then send my refund.

Purchased the Delta Pro watch. It is a decent looking watch, however it will not pair to my iPhone properly and nothing syncs as they claim it does. its very poorly made and malfunctions frequently. No customer service, nor do they actually care to resolve any issues. I tried to call, but they aren't accepting phone calls, I've have emailed multiple times, but they don't want to deal with issues. They have a huge marketing for these, but horrible support. Don't waste your money and purchase a real smartwatch. Be careful,if youre ordering one, the website immediately offers you an additional watch for a discount and the site automatically creates a second order without you having to click on it.

Customer service non existent. Absolutely no way this company would ever give a refund for any reason. Doubt their blood pressure monitor is FDA approved. Asked for FDA clearance......no response.Could not get to connect to phone.
