Seemed like a cool watch for a bit but, now after, not even a year later, charger is not charging properly and it’s losing time! Can’t even tell the time properly! How can I trust the rest of the information?

I purchased the Delta Pro, and my experience has been great.the packaging was nice and looks high end, I am a watch guy and I have a lot of them, I purchased this watch to replace my Apple Watch, it is way more durable, looks great and the battery life is 10 times better. I love the different faces, I change them all the time, I have had no problems connecting to my iPhone and I like the health options better than my Apple Watch. I would recommend this watch to all my friends or anyone looking for an inexpensive smart watch option. I even created a 3-D printed charging station. Thanks Alpha Gear for creating a great watch!!

Piece of junk arrived with a dead battery won't set keeps shutting off. Don't waste your money return policy is horrible and customer service even worse. Don't buy this Chinese made piece of Junk!

The Steps were off by several Thousand steps daily. The battery loses 9% per day. The Sleep Chart does NOT WORK at all. The Green Laser underneath the watch is so bright that the flickering wakes you up. I have done everything the Company asked for. I wore the damn thing for another week stopping every hour to Video my Fitbit, pedometer and the Alpha. The other 2 devices were always within a few hundred Steps. I sent all the Videos that they demanded.that was almost 2 months ago. 5/25/2025. DONT BUY ANY WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY. Truly the WORST purchase and experience I have had. Clearly, the money back guarantee is BS. Buy a Timex. I'm out $100.00 plus aggrevation. Don't, don't, don't. Terrible company and worst customer disservice I have seen. If I had the time I'd wri100 pages of why their products suck. Learn from my mistakes. I bought another Fitbit. I plan to post this as often as I can. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. My wife and I really love our Alpha Gear wyvern. We love the functionality and the battery life is unmatched. We literally charge our watch ONCE every 14 days and with our Samsung watch, we'd have to charge it everyday. We highly recommend it this watch and it's definately worth the investment.

Only difference then buying one off Temu is price and time received.

Watch is junk. Battery life is the only good thing about it. It loses connection with my phone all the time. Watch shuts off at least once a week. Poor selection of faces. The latest issue which takes away from the battery life is the sensor that does your vitals and such will not shut off. I've reset, reboot and shut watch off and still not working correctly. Would not buy again, waste of money
