Very unprofessional company. Not known to deliver on promise. The customer have to pay money first, then followup on order very lazy and irresponsible attitude displayed by the company. Written communication cannot be wrong. Unfortunately you have only one agent Gabriel to address all your customers. Gabriel must be the CEO, who started working on the order post 10 days after the transaction. Gabriel takes minimum a week to reply to email, which I understand as CEO is acceptable. The customer places order in winter and receives the shipment in summer, thanks to Gabriel. Unfortunately my experience and view will not change, even if your product exceeds my expectations. You could have stepped in much early than reacting to posts which affects your prospects. I paid for 4 sweaters got only 3 sweater by DHL.

Govindraju Karuppiah: We are really sorry that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. We are also very grateful for having taken the time to review us and to tell us what you feel is wrong with our products and services. AlpacaMall.com apologizes for any and all inconveniences that your interaction with us may have caused. We have carefully reviewed your case and found your emails requesting an exchange in the sizes of the 4 sweaters you ordered. One of our agents replied and informed you that this process would take longer and it would delay the shipping of the package. You agreed to wait for your order with the new sizes to be delievered. Because we value and respect your perception, we do not want to excuse ourselves with explanations. What we can say is that we are taking into account every customer review and comment as we strive to improve and give our costumers the best products and service in our industry. The jumper is everything I hoped for. However tracking the garment was not an experience I wish to repeat. Why did it travel from Bolivia to Heathrow, via America AND THEN on to Gatwick, Germany, and East Midlands eventually arriving back at Heathrow, from whence it came down to Hampshire!! Fortunately it finally arrived the day before my husband's birthday. Phew.
