Alpaca collections is a blackhole of customer service. Avoid at all cost if you value getting any form of satisfaction of getting the product you want or even a refund when returning a product. It has been 3 months of games and head fakes. Not like shopping on amazon or other e-commerce sites avoid the miserable hassle of sealing with this outfit as I and many others have and look elsewhere. Otherwise, I told you so

We would like to respectfully note that some important details of this order were different from how they are described here. The order was placed toward the end of February, not three months earlier. We understand that it may not have been the style you ultimately intended to purchase, but the order itself was processed according to the item that was chosen when the purchase was completed. In addition, the shipment was not delayed on our end. The package was sent out within our normal timeframe, and FedEx did attempt delivery, but there was no one available to receive it at that time. While we fully understand that the overall experience was frustrating for you, we also feel it is important to say that the level of service described in your review does not reflect the care our team consistently works to provide. The feedback we receive from many other customers over time speaks to the attention, communication, and support we strive to offer in every order. Even so, we are sorry that this situation left you with such a negative impression, and we remain committed to serving our customers with the quality and care they expect from us.
