Incessant justifying of the marketing statements that were cited as motivation to buy. Statements expressed as true were false. Obviously they are coerced into the justifying. All that in addition to unfunded return shipping and handling. I'm out 15% of the price just to comply with their return requirements. Request for reimbursement of that 15% was denied citing policy. they offered a rebuttal to the above review that is very poor. The same boilerplate language generated by somebody fallen under the petty despotism of a management that punishes truth. then only to patronize with kindly platitudes that are worth zero of the 15% due me for shipping. They even lie and say I wasn't charged shipping originally. Of course the price paid included shipping so they can say it is free shipping. The price paid also included free return shipping. They think I can't know that information so the risk of that dishonesty is minimal. that dishonesty is disrespectful.

From the beginning of the return process, we shared our return instructions and policy, which are publicly available on our website and were also provided to you by email. As outlined in our policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Your original order was shipped with free delivery, so there was no initial shipping cost charged to you. Once your returned item was received by our warehouse, it followed our standard return process: the item is received, processed by our warehouse team, and once we receive that confirmation, we proceed with the next steps. After this process was completed, we issued the refund for the amount paid through our system. Regarding your comments about softness and comfort, we understand that this can be a very personal experience and may vary depending on individual sensitivity and preference, even with natural fibers such as alpaca. We regret that the item did not meet your expectations, and we understand your frustration. However, we followed the return process communicated from the start and processed your refund accordingly. These cardigan coats are perfect - warm without having to wear a down coat to make you look like the Michelin tire man or carrying around so much weight in exchange for warmth. Even on Texas day or 2 of 30 degree weather I remained happy enough to walk my dogs and feel warm. Just wish even more colors available, but absolve it! Company was prompt in shipping and helpful before ordering on picking size and coat length.
