They have asked us about orders that were not placed with us and products that have nothing to do with what we sell. In those cases, we have explained the same thing: we believe they may have purchased from a scam website using a similar name, and we strongly recommend contacting the bank or card provider to dispute the charge. Once your returned item was received by our warehouse, it followed our standard return process: the item is received, processed by our warehouse team, and once we receive that confirmation, we proceed with the next steps. After this process was completed, we issued the refund for the amount paid through our system. We understand that it may not have been the style you ultimately intended to purchase, but the order itself was processed according to the item that was chosen when the purchase was completed. In addition, the shipment was not delayed on our end. The package was sent out within our normal timeframe, and FedEx did attempt delivery, but there was no one available to receive it at that time.
