The product was beautiful and just what i wanted jbut the elderly woman it was for wanted a medium and I got her xs based on what she looked like. It's hard to judge giving a gift since I didn't want to let on it was a gift. Alpaca Collections returned this, no problem. I loved their collection and the prices. Great store.

Extremely helpful customer service! I ordered a scarf as a birthday present for a 25-year-old who lives in Ohio, & was a little disappointed in it when it came. I called, & a phenomenally helpful woman had a discounted replacement out to me in a few days. I've ordered from Alpaca Collections in the past & will definitely continue to!

I am amazed you ship so fast. The things I ordered are my choice maybe is not what I expected like the alpaca toy is made of threads not fur. But totally I love Peru.
