My husband loved his gift.

Great customer service helped my order arrive in time. The products looked even better in person. The details were very nice. The wool was super soft and warm too. I purchasesd two scarves and two hats.

Fast delivery, wonderfully warm. I have long arms and wear tall sizes but this sweater fit fine. Very think and a good fit.

My item met my expectations, delivery service was good however the packaging was awful. The box was ripped and to big to fit in the plastic wrapper. Luckily for me I had some beautiful gift wrapping paper and a nice box to place it in.

Purchased several items, one was slightly defective, it happens. They were extremely courteous and promptly issued me a gift card which I used to buy replacement hat which is very high quality and I’m super happy with.

Very responsive to questions and fast shipping.

Everything was smooth and flawless . The confirmation, delivery with the tracking information were prompt and speedy. Most of all, I received exactly what I ordered.

I received helpful and somewhat timely feedback. The feedback could have been better if my calls were actually answered by a representative at Alpaca Collections. Instead my calls would always go to the machine and I would then get a response about two or three hours after my call.
