I received , happily, exactly what I ordered ( in a timely fashion.) I've always had good experiences with your Alpaca items and will continue to be interested in your products. I love wearing NATURAL fabrics, rather than manufactured, synthetic materials!

The order process was smooth and the quality of the products excellent.

The quality was good and shipping was fast. The reason I am not giving it 5 starts is because colors are not depicted correctly on the website. I received a color that looked different than was shown on the website. Questions go to VM and response come a couple of hours later.

At first, everyone is a little hesitant to make an expensive purchase from an unknown Internet company. Everybody knows and trusts Walmart, Amazon, Target, etc. but Alpaca Collections is not exactly a household name. I ordered a V-neck sweater and a few days after ordering, I noticed on their website that the item was listed on sale at a lower price. I emailed the company,asked them when I could expect my delivery, and mentioned what I had noticed about the price. (I did not ask for a price adjustment.) They immediately emailed me back with the estimated date and alsosaid I would be getting a partial refund on the price. That $60 refund back to my credit card was sent almost immediately! The sweater was sent by FedEx and it’s beautiful. My experience with this company met and exceeded my expectations. Quality merchandise, quality, service, honorable dealings!

Excellent customer service and most products are 100% alpaca, which is rare.
