I ordered a summer sweater that did not look at all like it did in the catalog. Return guidance was difficult to track down and no return shipping label was provided. I was disappointed in the whole experience.

The ad said the coat was knitted, but it was felt. The upper sleeves were too narrow to put the coat on over a sweater. I asked about returning it and an email said I would hear whether I could in 4 days. Never dealt with a business where I had to get permission to return something. I still haven't heard anything about the return.

I bought the most beautiful alpaca throw blanket for springtime for my newly designed bedroom from Alpaca Collections. Its lovely pattern and high quality materials stood out even among higher priced designer alpaca blankets I was also looking at. The customer service was phenomenal— Mateo is a great representative who assisted me with applying a promo code post-purchase. They also shipped my item right away. I look forward to shopping with them again in the future!

I have an extraordinary alpaca bomber jockey from Alpaca Collections. Sadly, I recently discovered a moth has found my beloved jacket as much as me. When I went on the website i unfortunately discovered it was out-of-stock. I emailed the company and they said they are working to restock, which will be able to see on the website. But the wonderful, personal email I received about the restocking affirmed the passion. Of these folks for what they do. And I’m doing something highly unusual for me by writing a positive review. Below is my email to them: “Hi Renato, In my 72 years of a lifetime filled with travel, adventure, and purposeful and joyful living—trying to add value to the planet, treating people respectfully, and loving my life as a child and adolescent psychiatrist where I tried (quite successfully!) to nurture the above goals and values in the kids I have been blessed to work with—yours is one of the nicest responses I have ever received. Seeing your kindness and evident passion for what you do has filled my soul with light and a wide happy smile of joy. Your response was simple, kind, and caring. I’ll try to remember to check your site monthly for a restock date. And then I’ll purchase what I can from you for my friends and family. I most definitely want to support all that you do. Thank you, my wonderful new friend.”

Fantastic jacket Great customer service- as I had questions both before and after purchasing this jacket. The jacket is exactly what I was looking for, as it is easily the most comfortable jacket I have ever owned.
