The socks are wonderful, soft and warm. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that the $12 mailing fee is excessive for one pair of socks. I am reducing the rating because the socks pill up within days. Very disappointing. Better off with a good pair of cashmere socks.

Dear Lynn, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re glad you found the socks soft and warm, we’re sorry to hear they didn’t fully meet your expectations. We’ve reviewed the socks you ordered and are working with our supplier to address the pilling issue. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to send you an additional pair from another manufacturer that we believe you’ll enjoy. We’ll be in touch shortly to arrange this for you. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope to make this right for you. Warm regards, Alpaca Collections Team
