When I ordered the product, it was on back order, so I knew it would arrive a bit late. What I didn't expect, was the company to throw in a free alpaca beanie as a consolation for waiting so long. Thanks! I love my new hoodie and hat!
Response from Alpaca CollectionsOct 31, 2025
Thank you so much, Jacob! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re happy with your hoodie and hat — and that our small gesture made the wait worthwhile. We always strive to make every experience a positive one, even when delays happen. Your kind words truly mean a lot to us, and we look forward to serving you again soon! Customer service was outstanding! However, second set of pajamas I ordered ( size L) were suppose to be a size larger than original set (size M) but I couldn’t see any difference between the two tops.
Response from Alpaca CollectionsOct 23, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Kathy! We’re so glad to hear you had a positive experience with our customer service. We’re sorry, however, that the sizing between the pajama sets didn’t meet your expectations. These pajamas are crafted by one of our partner suppliers, whose sizing can occasionally vary slightly from standard measurements. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, as it helps us continue improving. As a small gesture of appreciation, we’d like to offer you $20 off your next order with the code THANKYOU20. We hope this helps make your next experience with us even more enjoyable. Warm regards, The Alpaca Collections Team

The hat is of good quality. Tends to dress larger. Would have gotten at least 4 stars if their return procedures were less complicated and they would include a return label. With their current system, unless you know your exact size, ordering is just a hassle. Other websites are more client friendly.

Thank you for your feedback, Ramon! We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with the quality of your hat. We appreciate your comments about our return process and sizing, and we completely understand how this can make ordering more challenging. We’re continuously working to simplify our procedures and improve the overall shopping experience, so your input is very helpful to us. Warm regards, The Alpaca Collections Team

It was all as promised. I rec’d the order within the time frame given. The sweater I ordered is so soft, well made and beautiful - my only wish is for it to be a little longer.

The sweater looks nice, but the fabric is so thin one can see light through it.
Response from Alpaca CollectionsOct 23, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, James! We’re glad to hear you liked the look of the sweater, though we’re sorry the fabric didn’t meet your expectations. Some of our lighter knits are designed for breathability and layering, but we understand this may not suit everyone’s preference. As a small gesture of appreciation for sharing your thoughts, please enjoy $20 off your next order with the code THANKYOU20. We hope this helps make your next experience with us even better.
