Don’t do it. Awful company to deal with. Terrible product. Faulty on arrival. Seem to be dragging their feet so much on the return process. I have chased hard for 2 weeks and keep getting lied to. Massive regrets.

A 50cm USB cable failed on a battery pack. I am not if it was through poor quality or rough handling. I reached out to Alogic asking what the replacement price would be. I thought that I would purchase a spare as we have 2 of these batteries. Hansal got back to me very quickly. He shipped a replacement one for free. It arrived today 21st August. Extremely happy with the service.
