This was the first time I used this site to order anything and it was very easy to navigate, the products were cheaper than another site, and the package arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition. I am very pleased and will continue to purchase my vet supplies at this site from now on.

Where is it?????

Your order is in transit. You placed your order on Dec 4 after hours. The order shipped out on the 8th. This was due to the fact that the 5th and 6th was a weekend. We shipped out the order according to our shipping time line policy. The issue is that you are in CA and we ship from Florida. This usually takes about 5-7 business days via ground(shipping method you chose). Also, after checking the tracking, we noticed that the package was delayed in ILL. for some reason but it has now departed. This may be due to weather. You should receive it sometime early next week. In the future, please check the tracking information provided on our website or call our customer service number. Also, if you need a product delivered by a specific date, please choose a shipping method that is guaranteed such as 2 day or next day shipping.

I used this site to order a veterinary supplement. I found it to be the cheapest of all I could find online and the shipping was free. The item was shipped out same day, actually I got a tracking number within minutes of placing an order. Got it few days later. Easy breezy. Will order again from them for sure.

Website was easy to use, prices were better than other sites even with the shipping included. Received items in a timely manner. Expiration dates were all several years out - which is important when purchasing time sensitive items. I would hope that shipping rates could be lower in the future. High shipping rates impact consumer decisions.

Nice job, quick shipping, product came as ordered. Way to go!

I ordered a skin staple remover because none of the vet offices near us carried them. I received it within a week. It was packaged well and I had been able to track the order online. I'd order from All Vet Supply again.
