My order was a small one but it was filled correctly and shipped quickly.

I order a supplement for my dog that needs to be kept cold in transit. Previously I'd purchased this product from another website which promised to pack it in ice to withstand the time in transit and arrive at my door cold. Well, it was the most half-assed packaging job I ever saw, and the product was not only room temp when I got it, it was also soaking wet from the condensation on the ice packs, which were just thrown into the open box and not secured around the product. All Vet said they'd package my order properly - I ordered extra ice packs - and I couldn't have done it better myself. Not only that, it got here in two days, and it was COLD. I was very impressed overall and will order this product (and others) from them from now on.

I have yet to receive the order I placed from All Vet Supply. I did get a call where a representative indicating that the items that I ordered were not instock. This was not indicated on the website when I placed my order. I told the representative that I would take the item in another color, but wanted refunded for the other item I ordered. I have yet to receive a refund nor the other item I ordered. My paypal has been charged. Please send me my order as quickly as possible and a refund for the other item.

I had never heard of this company - I found it via a Google search for the name of my cat's medicine. It was way cheaper than 800 Pet Meds (which I've heard of) and every other place. I was a little suspicious of it at first, but gave it a try and it is the real deal. It came when they said it would and the charge to my credit card was correct. I will be ordering from All Vet Supply from now on.

I am so glad a friend told me about this company where I ordered my dog's prescription at nearly half the cost I usually paid at the vet's office. Then, my order arrived very promptly. It was great service.
