My experience with AllVet was extremely professional. I received multiple, PERSONAL e-mail follow-ups for order confirmation, notification of shipping, etc. The web site is well organized and searchable, with great prices for the products offered. My order was processed very expeditiously and arrived sooner than I expected. This was my first time purchasing pet supplies from AllVet but surely not my last!

I received my order in a timely manner and better yet, it was the correct item. Always a plus. I ordered Dasuquin for Cats. I found out I could get it from All Vet Supply for about $10 less than what my vet charges, and with free shipping. I would recommend this company to others.

The person taking the order made sure we were on the same page regarding the shipment, the price and the timing. The box was delivered on time and cold as required. There was styrofoam lining the box and frozen packs, but they were half thawed upon arrival. The product was still cold enough; the other distributer I ordered from had a higher ship rate, but they use a foam cooler with ice packs. This stayed completely frozen so this is a better option I believe. Since it's winter, I feel I would order again from All Vet, but maybe not in a warmer month with temps needing to be controlled.

I've ordered from All Vet Supply online for several years now. The customer service has consistently been fast, accurate and easy. They ship almost before I've completed my order. Have recommended to my horse owner buddies. I would just request that the don't cushion my order w/ those Styrofoam packing peanuts; they are too messy.

All reps I talked to knew the products and their prices were very reasonable. Shipping was fast. Would recommend this company for pets needs.

I could not have been happier with my experience. We were going to volunteer on an animal sanctuary in India, and needed an item before the holidays. All Vet supply team was so nice, accommodating, and helpful with picking the right product and making sure we had it on time. I will definitely use them in the future.

This Medicine must be kept cold! They care about their customers, my dogs kidney medicine came with ice packs and in a Styrofoam container. As it should be. They had the cheapest price, even on shipping, and FedEx. Oh and did I Mention great Customer Service? I plan to order all my meds from this company. Thanks. My last order was from EntirelyPets, they where rude, shipped my meds that are suppose to be kept cold in a padded envelope from California To NC. Can you imagine what I got? I hope AllVet continues to put its customers first!
