Good prices but the shipping process has taken way too long!
I was pleased with the prices All Vet Supply was offering. Although I did not realize it would take this long to receive my order from them. I placed my order on January 1st and was charged for the order on January 3rd. The order was not shipped until January 5th. The estimated delivery date to arrive by was January 9th. It is now January 12th and my ordered has still not arrived. I only live one state away so it should NOT take 8 or more days to get here. Disappointed in the length of time it takes for their products to get shipped out after placing and then also how long the shipping process is taking! I have ordered from other similar companies in recent past and their order processing and shipping was way more efficient and timely. Even on orders with free shipping from these other companies, I received my order very quickly or at a reasonable time.

Thank you for your review. Although we wish we could, we cannot control the speed in which the US postal service processes and delivers first class mail. They are usually pretty good but from time to time especially during the holidays, they get behind schedule. If you need something by a certain date, you should choose a faster service. If you are not sure which one to choose, you can always call us and we can help you find the best service for your needs. As for the shipping date, we are closed on holidays and weekends. Our policy states that we allow ourselves up to 48 hours to ship orders(although most orders go out faster) not including holidays and weekends. Your order shipped on time according to our policies as the 1st was a holiday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. If you do not receive your order soon please contact us and we will contact usps for you.
