When they received my order and discovered that what I ordered was not in stock, they called me right away. I called back and gave them my answer, that I would wait for the medicine to come in. I had the meds in just a few days. I really like that you talk to a person without going through multiple choices.

The medication I ordered for our pet arrived in great condition and was delivered promptly. The item shipped very soon after I placed the order and so received a convenient tracking link to follow my shipment.

I ordered 5 containers of Krudzapper ointment for horses. It took this company 6 days to get that shipped with a tracking number. I will not use this company again for animal products. I used them because they were in Miami and I am in Georgia. thought I would receive my products a lot sooner. My usual vet pharmacy ships THE SAME DAY. Never again All Vet

While we usually ship the orders the same day, unfortunately it is not always possible. In this case, the item was out of stock but had been ordered. The manufacturer was delayed in shipping our order by about a week. This in turn delayed all orders with this particular item.

Had been unable to find the Pet Tabs Iron Plus until your website. Having never heard of the company, I was a bit leery of ordering but was desperate for the drops (others were on back order until March). The order arrived very quickly, all bottles intact. Wasn't the same name as what I had ordered but had the exact same ingredients. The cats don't seen to realize the difference and take it readily. Was very happy with my experience with the company in every aspect.

I ordered a product that was suppose to come in a couple of days and allmost three weeks later still am waiting.I called and spoke with a man and he said that several people that ordered on that day had a problem and that he would call me back and he did not.After I called back a second time,a girl by the name of mercy said that she would resend the product,she was apologetic.I will see what happens and if I get it now.

While we do apologize for the inconvenience the delay has caused you, unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to packages after they ship(although we wish we could). The person you refer to was in the process of checking with USPS to see what happened. Your order shipped on time and was apparently lost by the US Postal service. The Postal service had some kind of issue that day because several packages that also shipped out that same day were lost or misrouted. The reason we were checking with them was to try and determine if was lost or misrouted as some of the misrouted packages were being redirected to the correct places and some customers had already received there orders. Since we determined today that it was apparently lost, we re-shipped the item once again. Again we do apologize for the inconvenience and delay but know that we did process and shipped your original order correctly.
