This is the 3rd time we have ordered …

This is the 3rd time we have ordered from All Vet Supply. The 1st experience was really great.... fast delivery & product was what we expected. The 2nd experience was disappointing since the item wasn't delivered very fast (about 5-6 days), but tracking showed it was delayed due to weather, so we decided to give it another try. This time (the 3rd), we are very unhappy. The item we ordered took 2 weeks & the tracking didn't work. The messages for tracking (which we signed up for) kept showing that it had been shipped, but we assumed we would get updates. All of a sudden, the item arrived & we got all the updates AFTER the item had arrived. 2 weeks to receive the item is just too long... we will likely buy from another company.

We do understand your frustration with shipping times but please remember that you chose First Class Mail. This service can take from 3-10 days, depending on where you are and those times are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot control the Postal Service. Also, please note that your order was placed on Jan. 10 and shipped out on Jan 12 which is in line with our 48 hour shipping policy. The Tracking shows it was delivered on Jan 19. Although it did take a day or two more than usual, it was not quite the two weeks claimed. Again, we do understand that you would like your order right away and we always try and and ship out as fast as possible but we cannot control the speed of the US Post Office. In the future, if you need something faster, please us Priority Mail or one of the other faster methods we offer. As for the tracking, we email you the order confirmation then the tracking number so you can track your order. There are times when the emails are delayed though but you should have been able to track your order with the original email containing the tracking number.
