I haven't received my order yet
I haven't received my order yet! It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It has been nine days since I ordered.

Your order shows being delivered on December 30 2017. It was left by the front door. We did ship it out the same day the order came in. It was delayed due to the holiday and one extra day at a UPS hub. Also, we ship from Florida and you are in California so transit it time is fairly long for ground shipping. Please note that we cannot control the shipping companies. The transit times for standard or ground shipping are estimates and unfortunately are not guaranteed. We do understand that you were expecting your order on a certain day and it was delayed. We do apologize for the inconvenience but again, we cannot control delays caused by the shipping carriers. If you did not get your order please let us know so we can help find it.

2 wonderful years using AllVet.
Every time I've dealt with AllVet, they've always been perfect. Nothing else they could have done to make the experience any better. When we used to order medication that required cooling in transit they always took proper care of it. Be careful to make sure you're on the right website, there are imitators who try to impersonate AllVet. I guess the imitators are not good enough to make it on their own.
