I live in a area where we do not have…
I live in a area where we do not have mail service to the house. If I put the physical address and the box number, no matter what it makes it to me. I received a call from person that needed me to verify the address. I was disappointing to me to take time out of my day to confirm the address. I should be happy it was not changed and sent to where ever.

We always try and verify the identity of the person placing the order when there is a mismatch on the address, zip code or cv2 code. There are several things that they do to achieve this and one of them is to call the customer. In your case, there was a mismatch in the numeric portion of your address. Our reps are instructed to always try and verify orders such as yours. We do this for your protection as well as ours and most customers like the fact we take these steps. While it does not stop all fraud, we have stopped a few fraudulent purchases with our procedures. We do apologize if you were inconvenienced by our phone call as that was not our intention.

Prices are OK. Then they shipped me a defective product {a returned item for sure. There is no way a manufacturer will sell a crooked product) As soon I called them and they received pictures of defective item they send me a new product. In two days it was in my mail box. Thanks for

We would never re-sell a returned item that was not thoroughly inspected and determined to be free from defect and use. We do get merchandise that comes defective from the manufacturer's from time to time.We should have noticed it before shipping. In any event, we quickly re-shipped you a replacement at no cost to you.
