To be honest, I was reluctant to order from Allurez being from Manchester, UK. I thought it would be better to order something from the UK! I was wrong. Allurez had the best pricing on what I required! They provided personal service with multiple emails back and forth to ensure that I received my order before my anniversary. I bought a two tone engraved band for my husband. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the ring is excellent. My husband loves his ring! Unfortunately we weren't as lucky with my ring. It was a beautiful ring for a good price and arrived quickly but it looked different than the picture. It didn't match well enough with my engagement ring. We did have to pay shipping to return the ring but the return and refund process was painless. Associate was very pleasant to work with and helped us immensely.
