Ordered a ring for my wife. The band turned out to be a lot smaller than what the picture made me believe. My wife still loved it (or at least that is what she is telling me). Shipping was quick.

This review is not about a specific order, but a general overall review of my experiences with Allurez. I did read the reviews of customers having a bad experience and they all seemed to have had a common thread: not allowing enough time to process the order as desired. In all honesty, Allurez could do themselves a huge favor by NOT including "delivery" time frames on the website for their items. I am not a jeweler and even I took their delivery times with a grain of salt. None of my orders were ever delivered within the time frame stated at the time of order. Fortunately, I always ordered way ahead of when I "needed" the piece of jewelry to save me some heartache and therefore, have not been disappointed when it arrived. Speaking of arriving, Allurez ships FedEx and 'real time' tracking is not disclosed - for obvious reasons. You can see it has shipped, but then you have to be okay with flying blind until it arrives. It is important to know that "you" must be there to sign for the package. Overall, I am very pleased with Allurez and their jewelry! Go for it!

This was my second purchase with Allurez. They have quality jewelry at affordable prices. Communication is also excellent with them.
