The site is very user friendly, and the customer support is efficient and helpful. There are also a wide variety of coupons, and the customization of items is phenomenal.

Ring is pretty. Missing engraving which was pretty disappointing to my husband. Allurez offered to engrave it if I shipped it back but the ring is way to expensive to take the risk to keep shipping back and forth.
