I purchase my fiance's wedding band and I absolutely love it! Way better than what I expected.

They have amazing customer service and my piece arrived right before my birthday. I messaged customer service and they let me know they would talk to the jewelers to get it done faster for me, and they did. my piece arrived and its perfect. the diamond quality is amazing and its solid gold.I will be purchasing again for sure!

I love my new ring! The style and shine are beautiful. I am waiting for my appraisal that still hasn’t come after two weeks. This concerns me a little bit. UPDATE It took over a month and some threats to finally get my appraisal. I then had my ring appraised by an independent jeweler without telling him anything about what I paid or the appraisal I received from Allurez. There was a HUGE difference in the appraisal. The main diamond was not of the quality I was told by Allurez or their appraisal. However, my appraisal by the independent jeweler was significantly higher than what I paid for the ring. He said that it isn't what their appraisal says but that I still got a good deal (I showed him their appraisal after he gave me his). He told me to use his appraisal for insurance because that is what the ring is actually worth to replace.

I highly recommend Allurez. I'm very happy with the ring I bought for my wife. She loves it

My experience is with Allurez was great. I ordered my engagement ring during the pandemic and the customer service was very helpful. I was going crazy and had to realize that we were in times that we never experienced. Yoselin and Rojan need a raise. I hope God blesses them to the fullest. I can't wait to hear my girlfriend say yes!
