Update: As many others have experienced, the company tried to cancel my review. Too bad, now you have proof that this is a verified review! Read the reviews folks. If so many of us have experienced the same deliberately poor customer service, the same shoddy quality of workmanship, and the same run around, then you are being foolish to take your chances with this company. The internet is full of reputable alternatives. Shop elsewhere!! --- I ordered two rings from Allurez. The rings arrived and looked nothing like the website photo. They were made with shoddy workmanship. When I tried returning the rings for a refund (as stated on their website), I was given a rude run around by phone and email. Finally, after resorting to threats of writing poor reviews (here I am!!), I was issued the refund. Shop anywhere but here!

Great stone and great CS!

Custom pendant looked great and was mounted well. However, that's about the only thing that went smoothly with the order. Item took approximately ONE MONTH to arrive (missed the occasion it was originally for). Had to reach out to customer service to confirm it was even arriving, with each contact claiming to ship the order soon. Once it did arrive, the GIA-certified diamond was missing its GIA certificate. Had to reach out to customer service again. First response was that they'll investigate if there was even a physical GIA certificate (there was one, a dossier per GIA report check), second response was that they will ship out, third response was that they misplaced it but will offer in-house appraisal (little value). At this point I was very disappointed with the experience: I received a GIA-certified diamond one month after ordering, only to discover it was missing the certificate, and for some reason Allurez thought it was appropriate to offer an in-house appraisal in lieu of a GIA certificate that they would have otherwise charged $300 if you returned an item without it (it's in their return policy). I offered to accept a partial refund for the certificate or to send back the diamond (so that they could dismount and send to GIA for recertification). Finally, they mailed me the certificate, without letting me know that they "found" it and that they shipped it to me. tldr; item was good, but was a struggle to finally receive everything.

Love the ring. Absolutely Beautiful! Great customer service. I was having an issue with my payment method and was worried that getting this ring wasn't gonna happen. I talked to Ashley and she gave me such a feeling of relief. Thank you. Payment method resolved. Definitely appreciated the emails on my Order status. Never sat here wondering and not knowing what was going on. Got my ring in less then 2 weeks of ordering. Thank you Allurez.

Ordering was simple and user friendly. Shortly after the order was placed, I received an email stating that, due to COVID, I may experience a delay. But, because my wife's birthday was just a few days away, I went to customer support and used the "Text" option for stating my concerns about the delay. I received a prompt response stating that they were on it. They were nice enough to send the necklace that I had purchased using 2-day shipping, and I received the gift for my wife on time. Thank you Allurez!

Love my Bridal set, took alittle while to ship, but was worth it. Wonderful job!

I Made a purchase on October 11, 2020 after spending a great deal of time locating the right gift. The purchase was for a pendent necklace containing a canary diamond accented by smaller regular diamonds. The listing was very clear as was the price and the quality of the diamonds SI1/SI2. Then item was showing the original and reduced price which was a significant savings. I researched the company a little then made made the purchase. The company took my money with no issues at that time. I messaged the company to inquire about shipping as I have an Anniversary on the 23rd. On October 13 the company responded only to tell me the item I purchased was listed wrong and asked me to pay a significant amount more. I refused to pay more and asked the company to honor the price as they already had taken my money. The company offered to replace the center canary diamond with a sapphire for my troubles advising its typically more than I paid. Shopping around this appears not to be accurate. This whole experience was awful and makes me suspicious as to this being a bait and hook tactic type business. Update: Allurez refunded the money I paid and advised it was an honest mistake.

Smaller then expected. But they are beautiful.
