It’s obvious from reading these reviews that you have a problem with your packaging. I can attest to that from my own experience. I purchased your large outdoor storage box. It was obvious when it arrived that that it would be damaged. I made one call and you replaced the top of the steel box that was indeed dented. Thank you. Assembly was long and tedious. It would be nice if your offered the box already assembled Now here’s the important part of this… After spending way too long assembling the box, a buddy of mine and I spent almost as much time removing the protective plastic from steel. What a pain in the ass that was. If you know you have a problem with your shipping boxes, why not, when someone is purchasing your large, steel, outdoor storage container, have it bubble wrapped for protection? It would arrive undamaged and save the consumer a couple hours trying to get all of that plastic film off.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent purchase of our large outdoor storage box. We sincerely regret that the packaging and assembly process did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge your experience with the damaged top upon arrival and are glad we could promptly replace it for you. Your comments about the assembly being lengthy and the difficulty in removing the protective plastic are particularly valuable. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend so much time on these tasks. We are actively reviewing our packaging methods for larger items like the storage box to ensure better protection during transit. We are also exploring ways to improve the ease of assembly and the removal of protective films. Your suggestion about bubble wrap is well-noted as we continuously strive to enhance our customer experience. Thank you again for your constructive criticism.

I purchased a canopy for your company. After the first party, we were cleaning up because it started to rain. It was not windy so I decided to leave a tent up. I do not realize that the rain during the night would cave in the canopy. When I got sat with customer service. They basically said there was not much they can do under the warranty. After speaking to Donnea she was able to look into it for me and got me a slight discount on a replacement for the frame. It was greatly appreciated because at first they basically said there was not much they could do for me. In a long run I have a brand new canopy have some spare parts from the one that collapsed, and I was pleased with the customer service. At least they helped me out with the price of buying the second canopy.

Haven’t had the chance to assemble yet, but poles are all deeply dented like they were crushed by something. Hopefully they aren’t bent

The frame arrived missing one of the screws that holds the frame together. I was very happy that it showed up just before we were leaving for a week long trip with the family. Got to the campsite starting setting it up and found one of the arms had no screw holding it. This was Saturday. Waited till Monday contacted the company hoping that they might be able to drop a screw or 2 in an envelope so we might salvage the rest of the week. Was told I would have to submit a warranty claim by email. Having been told this for a screw and if you’re thinking why didn’t I just get one, it’s because they are a specialty screw.
Response from AlltentsSep 1, 2026
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the missing screw. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this issue right before your family trip, especially with a specialized part. We are reviewing our quality control processes to prevent similar oversights. We value your feedback as it helps us improve.

Product is junk, support and warranty is even worse. Product couldn’t even stand up to normal shipping without being damaged as they use such cheap and thin materials
Response from AlltentsSep 1, 2026
We are truly sorry to hear about the damage your product sustained during shipping and your dissatisfaction with its quality and our support. We are actively reviewing our packaging and material choices to prevent future occurrences. Your feedback is invaluable as we work to improve.
