The packages arrived in a very bad shape! Broken boxes! The materials are open and not sure any damages yet! Very unprofessional! Very disappointed! Even though the frame is heavyweight, but professional packaging is a basic! I will not recommend to future customers

Great Customer Service
My first order was shipped in three packages, but FedEx lost one of them. I had to go back and forth with FedEx, but the all tents responded quickly and sent out a replacement right away. Their customer service was so helpful and made a frustrating situation much easier. Once I got all the packages I set up the party tent and it feels very durable! Definitely purchase from here!

Fast on delivery and I hope FedEx didn't lose any nuts and bolts. But as soon as I can put it together I will find out.

First time with this vendor, great experience.
First, the size was almost exactly what we needed. And then the coupon just seemed to show up. It was also short delivery time. This is first time with this vendor, the product looks very durable, documentation is very good.

Amazing product!
I was amazed at both the quality of the tent as well as the ease of use. It was so simple to follow a video to set it up, and it's fantastic. The price you're paying for these tents is 100% worth every penny!

Recommend
So far I put up my 10x10' canopy up once in the driveway by myself. It went well. It appears well made and easy to take up and down. Looking forward to actually using it at the fair.
