If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Right from the first phone call the customer service rep., she was absolutely phenomenal! This company only sells and ships into into the US, I'm from Canada and wanted this tent shipped to my future son-in-law's place for their upcoming wedding. They went above and beyond to make this work for us. There was some parts missing and I sent the missing parts list into customer service, they addressed it super fast and we receive the missing parts in less than a week. I will definitely buy more product from this company and I highly recommend if you're in the market for one of their tents you won't be disappointed. Marshall Eden Niverville, Manitoba Canada
