In short, I am very happy with my pop up purchase. It's taller than I imagined but did not check dimensions prior to purchase. Still, fits in my SUV and it appears to be well made at an affordable price.

Seems lime a great product. Some of the longer poles have dents in them but I am sure that is common in shipping.. maybe to better improve and prevent damage, make durable changes for shipping.
Response from AlltentsSep 29, 2026
We appreciate your feedback regarding the shipping condition of the poles. We are actively looking into more durable packaging solutions to prevent such damage in transit.

Purchased 8x20 carport /tent. Product arrived over a 1 week period. 1 box was damaged that included the small hardware and apparently had fallen out. Made 1 phone call and replacements were on the way. Many thanks to Donnea for getting this accomplished. Carport went up in 2 days. Fairly simple 1 person job except for the frame erection and putting the main tarp on. Seems to be strong durable product. Frame is pretty heavy duty and happy with the tarp thickness and seam construction, will know more once the winds and snow come. Hope it lasts several years.

super fast shipping, called for info on password; teleprompter was very nice and helpful and the set up was easy. Instructions are not in ft. and poles are not labeled though. Guidebook was easy enough to understand.
