Packages arrived at two separate times…
Packages arrived at two separate times with only one tracking number. Called and it was handled well. Overall delivery time was satisfactory.

Is this worth your time?
product was not packaged well enough and arrived with 3 dents. Instructions were picture only with no annotations. Tools supplied for assembly, if used, would take up a lot of time in your life. Quality may be ok, but metal used is very thin, and self tapping screws supplied strip out easily.Design of product involves way too many fasteners for assembly.

Best Customer Service EVER!
Best customer service that I've seen in a long time. We had a box arrived damaged with some of the items inside damaged or missing. We contacted customer service and they replied immediately. Then they immediately sent us the missing/damaged parts, PLUS EXTRA! They are such a huge blessing and help when needed. Can't express enough how much I appreciate their customer service. In addition to that, the quality of the tent is GREAT! I would definitely come here again if I wanted to buy another tent in the future.

13’x20’ “pro” storage/shelter, boat shed
The 13’x20’ “pro” storage tent seems to be well made. It was straight forward to assemble, though I wished I had a helper when it came to lifting the roof frame up to stick the posts under. I definitely recommend having a helper for that part. I anchored each post base to the old concrete slab the tent sits on, using some stout concrete screws. I think this means it’s ok that I eliminated parts of the bottom horizontal frame. I’ll find out when the winds come! Taking out a couple bottom pieces was my solution for a 3” high spot in the cracked slab. I’m pretty confident the concrete screws, and maybe the suggested tie downs at the corners, will keep it from blowing away. The roof frame is nice and solid with the bracing (collar ties) that they included. Much better than others I’ve seen. Anyhow, now I can work on my two sailing skiffs this winter, and keep them dry.
