The 10x20 storage tent we received is very high quality, especially for the price. It has held up in high winds. The customer service is also very attentive. We will definitely purchase our next tent from alltents.

CAUTION: TERRIBLE PRODUCT. This product is extremely poorly made…
This product is extremely poorly made and unstable. The metal poles folded like cheap paper under the light pressure of sustained light winds. Their service departmentrefused refund and instead offered to send crappy replacement parts that will fail again, at a reduced cost. No bueno.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. After reviewing the photos and details provided, the damage appeared consistent with environmental/external stress rather than a manufacturing defect covered under our limited warranty policy. PE-series click frame tents are designed as temporary event structures and are intended for short-term use under appropriate setup and weather conditions. Even though the damage did not qualify under warranty coverage, our team still worked to offer discounted replacement parts as a courtesy to help resolve the situation. We understand frustrations can arise when equipment is damaged unexpectedly, and we do appreciate the opportunity to review and respond to the concern.

Excellent customer service helping to replace missing parts!
We reached out to All Tents to source additional tent poles that came up missing. I fully expected to have to pay for them since it was likely we lost a box when the new tent was shipped to us (in 14 boxes). Without our asking, All Tents offered to replace the missing poles for no additional cost. We are a small non-profit serving our community with food security assistance and a provider of addiction & mental health services. Every penny counts! We are incredibly grateful for All Tents to help us out so generously in this regard.
