Great Customer Service
Although we haven't erected the tent yet, we experience great serve from customer service at Alltents. The package was damaged in shipment and some of the pieces were missing. Alltents promptly replaced all missing parts that we identified. One set of fittings was warehoused in Germany. The customer service person we worked with expedied the replacements and kept us well informed. No frustrations.

Great tent
Tents arrived on time, everything fit together easily, all the parts needed to assemble were included with nothing missing. It seems sturdy and well made.

Had one damaged box with a bunch of…
Had one damaged box with a bunch of loose bolts in it. Why are you shipping steel in cardboard boxes? Missing bolts now..

I placed an order two weeks ago
I placed an order two weeks ago - o received 5 of 6 boxes - the last one has been in transit for a whole week - I called today 5-22-26, to see what was wrong with my delivery but they never answered my phone call - I will try again tomorrow- hopefully they answer me and find out why my delivery was so late - not happy at all - 😒👎
