After about 6 months from the time I had medicine cabinets / vanities with mirrored doors that light up starting the functioning I had been in contact with Faith who remain the calm in the storm that took place trying to pinpoint the problem and to get it resolved took many months balls were dropped however faith always kept me aware off of what was going on where they were at if they needed any additional information such as a video of the malfunctioning in the end she had it arranged that they were able to offer me a replacement of the vanities because I had an electrician who came and said it is within this vanities that are defective and Faith made sure I was being being kept aware of why there wás a delay and it took several months to get them to replace the vanities w similar ones because the I originally purchased where discontinued. Faith often had to be the messenger of delay and oversight she has a very calming and reassuring ways out the way she does her job.Faith is a TRUE GEM!!! AND SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR HER COMMITMENT TO DO RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER. I WISH EVERY COMPANY I DO BUSINESS WITH WOULD JAVE A FAITH WORKING FOR THEM.

Very pleased with our cabinet mirror. It was a large item and purchase but well worth it. We received the item quickly. It was crated and well protected. There was a small glitch that was immediately addressed by the team. We received exemplary service. Do not hesitate to use this vender.

Great response to ExBrite Smart Mirror when you the clock display malfunctioned (some digital bars failed on & another failed off). New door panel was FedEx to my address. LAST ISSUE UNRESOLVED: disposal/ recycling of waste the old mirror door as ELECTRONC WASTE…or RECYCLE SINCE MIRROR STILL PRRFECT CONDITION…???

When I opened the box for a medicine cabinet I purchased from a big box store I found the mirror cracked. I called customer service from the medicine cabinet company and to my surprise I talked to a very pleasant person who asked for the details on the order, sales receipt, shipping label, pics of damage and told me she would get back to me on Monday, which she did, and said a new unit would be shipped to me shortly. No arguing, no hassle, just plain old GREAT customer service. I was shocked. Have never been treated that good before. Got my item in less than a week. Thank You.

This mirror is beautiful - I love the way it looks and feels! I was a little nervous about ordering something like this online, but it arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered the Linea series mirror light, and when it arrived, it was damaged. Honestly, I wasn't thrilled at first.
