I purchased a medicine cabinet via Amazon. Once I finally opened it, it was outside the return timeframe for Amazon so I contacted the company directly. They were extremely helpful, requested pictures of the problem, which was some rest behind the mirror, and then sent me a replacement medicine cabinet in one day. I was impressed with the service. The new unit is perfect. Unfortunately, it was a surprise to have such excellent customer service. Gives you confidence in humans!

I ordered the Linea series mirror light, and when it arrived, it was damaged. Honestly, I wasn't thrilled at first. But after reaching out to customer service, they immediately took care of the issue. Within four days, I had a brand-new cabinet at my doorstep, perfectly intact. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded and how smoothly the whole process went. I'm a happy customer now, and I'd definitely order from them again!
