I had a client that needed information on their mirror, that they purchased over a year ago. I emailed the customer service with vague information and the customer service team went out of their way to find the information and get back to me in speedy time. The mirror is beautiful and very large and was less than any that I had quoted locally and it came when promised and is really really nice.

I purchased two 48x36 medicine cabinet mirrors. I’m so excited for my master bathroom to be done. I think they’ll look great. The customer service was amazing! One of the panels wasn’t working properly and they quickly sent me what I needed to fix it. I would highly recommend this product and company they stand behind their products and they are beautiful, quality medicine cabinets.

Excellent Customer Service. I sent them a video of my issue with LED mirror and was promptly sent a replacement. I would highly recommend if your in the market for an LED mirror.

Well made product that didn’t disappoint my wife and I. We had one minor issue on the shelves in one cabinet, but they quickly resolved with a replacement set. They stand behind their products, which is refreshing these days.

Very nice medicine cabinets with many size and design options at competitive prices. When some were delivered damaged to customer team responded quickly and sent replacements in a timely manner. I will purchase from that company again and recommend it.
