Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your kind words about the cabinet and for bringing the digital display issue to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the missing segments that make the “8” look like a “5”; this is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Rest assured, we will arrange a free replacement or repair of the display right away and tighten our pre-shipment inspections to prevent recurrence. Our after-sales specialist will contact you shortly via the information you provided to finalize the solution. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and your continued support! Thank you very much for your feedback! We are delighted that you like the mirror and appreciate its flexible installation options, allowing you to choose between hardwiring or using an outlet. Regarding the drywall anchors, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. When installing, if you encounter issues with the anchors not holding securely, you can try using larger-sized anchors or wall plugs. If you have any questions during the installation process or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to your next visit!
