Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your order did not arrive as promptly as expected. We adjusted the order per your request on 6/27, and then we shipped it on 6/30. With this being a larger order, we probably held it an extra day so we could ship the entire order in one shipment. Your entire order shipped out 6/30/22. With the holiday this weekend, you can expect it to arrive anytime between today and mid-week. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your feedback. We have been in business over 20 years, and we are not a scamming website, so we hope that we can resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced in regard to this order. We voided the pre-authorization on the credit card when we canceled the order, so it was never an actual charge on your credit card. If you check your online statement you should see only a pending authorization from the date the order was placed. No funds were taken from your account, so if it is still pending you may want to contact your bank again. We have sent you details of the voided authorization via email today, so that should be sufficient to ask your bank to remove it and square this away. Usually this information is communicated directly through the payment processing center, so I apologize if your bank hasn't received it yet. I can assure you it was completed on our end. Please let us know if you need more information from us and we would be happy to assist.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your package was not delivered. We provide a notice during checkout asking you to call your local customs department before ordering to find out whether the products are permitted for import into your country, and if any duties and taxes may be charged by customs. Import requirements vary and are frequently changed, so all customers shipping internationally must check a box agreeing to this notice before the site permits them to complete checkout. We try to be as transparent as possible during the ordering process, so we sincerely apologize that this was not clear. Since the order was returned to us, per our return policy we refunded for the cost of the items minus the fees charged by the carrier for the shipment and delivery of the order.
