We completely understand how upsetting it is when pricing doesn’t match what you were expecting—especially when it involves a promotion. After reviewing the order, it looks like the prescription we received was for a different medication than what was originally requested. This led to the updated pricing. That said, we know how important transparency is, and we apologize if this wasn’t communicated clearly from the start.
