Great Company - Quick service and great prices. My vet did not carry some of the medications I needed for my cats heart condition and getting them at a regular pharmacy was an option but the price at the pharmacy had about a 1000% mark up. I am very thankful for Allivet.

I had the opportunity to use Allivet and was impressed with the quick response to my order. They communicated once it had shipped, which was the next day and communicated quickly with me to alert me when to expect it. Great place

Great service. Verifies my pets' prescriptions with my vet and makes re-ordering easy.

I have ordered from Allivet.com for several months now and have never had a problem. The med we get for our cat is very pricey at the vet. We save a lot ordering it through Allivet.com instead and it is the same exact med.

I use a different company to order my cats medication. The company I use did not have my medication in stock, so naturally I had to go a different route. I ordered the medication from Allivet with enough time to receive it in the mail before I ran out of the old one. Two days after the order I called my vet to verify they were in contact with Allivet and when I realized they had not heard from them I had to contact Allivet to ask why they had not contacted my vet. They informed me that they had sent a fax and not heard back from them. I come to find out they had looked up and used a fax number that was not in use, by this time I was on almost 4 days since my order. They informed me they would fix it and did, but in the end needed to make sure I followed up and had to pay extra for overnight because they had taken too long. They did not offer to cover my overnight shipping and my cat missed one dosage because of their mistake. I was not satisfied with this company and do not plan on ever using them again.

I found this site cheaper than buying directly from my veterinarian's office. I also found more of a selection compared to other pet websites. my order came faster than expected and in fine condition. All in all, a good experience.
