I spent almost 600 dollars and ask if they had the rebates for the one pill for 3 dogs that i ordered for and they said no i had to contact the maker or my vet. My vet saidthey should have given me the rebates but they didn't. Won't order again

My last two orders have been unacceptable. I order insulin and syringes. The box of syringes has been opened and the syringes used as packing for the insulin. Syringes are sterile medical equipment and this practice is totally unacceptable. Customer service was wonderful and replaced my syringes. But I have to note the reason for this review is because this happened with my last TWO orders. As accommodating as customer service is, problems are not being corrected.

Our dog takes vetoryl daily and it gets very expensive. Allivet has the lowest prices on line and ships for free at a certain dollar amount. They also manage our prescription and contact the vet as necessary.

My entire re-order was cancelled because one of the items was on backorder. I was sent a letter saying they would let me know when back ordered item was in. I assumed the rest of my order would be sent. Instead it was cancelled. I called 5 days later when I realized my order hadn't even shipped, they fixed the order, but I had to pay extra to have it shipped in time for my dog to not miss his drugs for congestive heart failure. It seems like I'm on the phone with customer service every few weeks. If the prices weren't so low we would go somewhere else.

I have placed an order and will be doing so again next week. they got my Teddy's insulin delivered to the front door fast and well packaged to stay cool. got emails letting me know when to expect delivery. and was cheaper than buying at vet since I ordered multiple bottles.

Allivet provides excellent customer service over the phone and saves me $10 per month on Optimmune eye ointment for my dog. Thank you Allivet!
