Allivet app is so easy to use. You only need to put in the product or medication and it will pop up if they carry it. Once you have ordered it is easy to reorder. It is saved along with your address, vets name and payment method just click and the medication is on its way.

Products are well known and typically have good sales, however, I ordered 7 bottles of a product, web site appeared to go down before I finalized. I hesitated and did not see any auto-generated email confirming order, so I reordered. Allivet sent me the same order twice and of course, charged me twice. I'm keeping the order, but not happy with the web site or lack of company checking duplicate order within minutes of eachother.

I was quite surprised to see a full years supply of the Nexgard for my smaller dog instead of the 6 months supply I requested.

Allivet has always been easy to work with. They process orders quickly and have the lowest prices on medications compared to other online pharmacies I've visited. When I had a customer service issue they resolved it with ease, I would definitely recommend Allivet to friends and family!
