First order went great

Allivet always has great choices, great customer service, and friendly advice. They pack your items well and ship quickly. We buy our heartworm preventative through them regularly as our vet doesn't stock the brand that we prefer. We're repeat customers and we wouldn't hesitate recommending Allivet to our friends.

We really enjoy the service of Allivet, it is very reasonably priced and very convenient. They deliver on time and if anything is changed they let me know in advance. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Allivet has been very helpful in delivering the meds for our dog when we need them.

Customer service was atrocious. I had suspended my order since I had only 24 hrs to do so and my dog’s lab work results would not be in for 48 hrs. Once the values were in I took the suspension off. When I didn’t get an email about it pending, as I typically did, I called to speak with customer service. While on hold for 37 min I found a spot on the app to change the autoship to the following day. When someone did answer, I requested to have them alter the shipping from standard to over night as it was Monday and I needed the med by Saturday at this point. I was told they could not change the shipping until the next day when it was scheduled to ship so I needed to call back. I was also told that when you click suspend, it permanently cancels the order which is very misleading. I called the following morning, as instructed to do, and got the same guy, Skye, who then told me I waited too long to call and the label had been printed so nothing could be done. When asked if it had shipped yet he said no, but they would not print another label and rush the med to me even after explaining that my dog could become very ill or die without this medication and asking him to reference the phone call documentation from the day before when I was repeatedly told I could not change the shipping the day ahead of time. The only solution I was then able to come up with on my own without their assistance,was having them send another refill that was thankfully on the prescription and rush that overnight. I was told the cost was $22 for this and it should get there by Saturday. Mind you it’s now Tuesday and I paid over half the cost of the med to ship it overnight on their mistake without them once offering to waive the shipping or rectify the situation, or Skye even acknowledging his mistake when he looked at the documentation from the day before. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They have zero customer service and had little care to the fact of the gravity of the situation for my dog. This was not a minor supplement I was ordering but a lifelong medication purchased every 2 weeks to maintain my dog’s livelihood and stability.

Excellent prices, just wish shipping was alittle faster
