Zenrelia price is comparison to other stores. However shipping from them not so good. Recv'd email saying my order was shipped on dec 30th. Didn't arrive. Started to call them saw another email saying my order shipped on the 5th of January. Finally received on the 8 th. This was my second order. First was about same. So don't get low and wait. Chewy much faster

After waiting almost a month and several calls/chats, they finally shipped the should-be refrigerated medicine in standard non-cold package, so what I received is unusable. Another medicine I ordered, they deleted the order even though the vet prescribed it, There’s literally no communication about any delays so when I called they said one item (of five ordered) not in stock. They should have shipped the other four then…sad I had to explain this! The website still says today that it is in stock and I’ve waited over a month and the response is to call every week to verify in stock and then reorder. That’s not even logical. There’s zero sense of urgency or understanding that pets are waiting for life-saving meds. When the vet charges to sign outside orders, it’s difficult to go to other companies they have in-stock meds. This could have been a good relationship as I have many animals with medical needs, but they’ve really disappointed me with the first delivery.

*See edit below original review* While the cost for initial autoship, with coupon, is great and the 5% discount on future autoship is comparable to other online RX companies, the process of getting an RX approved is a nightmare. Four times now I've placed orders and continually get reminders to contact my vet to assist with getting approval, even though the vet has already approved it. There are no refills, they need approval each time which only exasperates the issue. My vet, each time, has approved the request the same day it's processed and yet I continue to get reminders and processing of the RX is delayed. The first time it took almost three weeks to get resolved. This time, it took one week. I have now cancelled all autoship RX items. This is such a hassle and not fair to me, nor my vet, to continue to have to try to sort out an issue that seems to be on Allivet and not the vet. EDIT: Allivet did reach out to me after seeing this review and I appreciate their efforts to understand what happened and their apology. They looked into the order and took efforts to make things right. I do appreciate their willingness to take accountability for the issues and for the follow up.

Excellent service and products.

First time and last time with Allivet. Did not ship as promised. After prescription confirmation from Vet office and email from Allivet saying it would ship in 24hr. It did not ship for 6 more days. Total of 8 days from Allivet email to delivery. I paid for 2 day shipping. Not acceptable, will not order from them again

I highly recommend Allivet, they are promptly responsive to any issues and extremely efficient. This was my first experience using them but I will continue using them in the future.

Allivet provides the medication my dog needs at a reasonable price.
