Placed order for 15# bag of Puppy Food. They sent 9 days later the wrong food and ADULT food. Agent was less than helpful. Ordered Blue Buffalo Lamb and Oatmeal PUPPY. They sent Blue Buffalo Lamb and Brown Rice ADULT. I can't use this. Made my dogs sick. Vomiting and diarrhea. Agent could not help, told me to take it to a UPS store to send it back. I'm disabled, don't drive and cannot get to a UPS store. This has cost me tons of money. I live off a limited Social Security income and can't afford to waste money. This company is the worst.

Horrible experience! I ordered some very important medicine for my puppy and 4 days later I didn`t hear anythig from allivet so I called them to see what`s going on. 3 times I was hanged up so every time I called back I needed to explain the same problem. They told me that one of my items was out of stock. They could ship me the rest and charge for shipping when I ordered 49 dollars of items and was qualified for free shipping. Don`t recommend to order from them. Completely unprofessional
