Being new to Allivet, I have been comparing prices. Hands down, Allivet saves me money every time! Additionally, I appreciate the efficiency and notifications I receive about my orders, and the ease of prescriptions medications being authorized.

I ordered a med. for my dog & put it on auto ship to receive the 5% discount. Upon my first auto ship I notice the price is $10 higher then my original order. I contacted customer service & spoke with a supervisor who first told me my original order was special pricing as it was the first time I ordered that med. The problem is that nowhere on their website, my order, receipt, etc. does it say I was originally getting first time pricing. If it did then I'd be ok with it. Keep in mind that the price showing currently on their website is what I originally paid & still about $7 less then I paid with auto shipment which included a 5% discount. When I told the supervisor it doesn't state anywhere it was first time pricing she had no answer to that but then proceeded to tell me if I put the item in the cart the price would change. Hmm, that would be deceiving if that was the case but of course the price did not change to the higher price. Upon telling her that she then proceeded to tell me that if I go to checkout it will then change. At this point it was obvious she was clueless but I then went to checkout & of course the price stayed the same. She again had no answer for this other then saying I originally got first time pricing. Basically, I could have ordered without auto ship & paid less. What a scam & extremely deceptive. This is bait & switch at it's best. My dogs need 6 prescriptions combined & I will not be ordering anymore from this company & have removed all auto ship orders I had. I will also be contacting the FL better business bureau.
