It has now been 3 weeks since I ordered heartworm prevention meds for my two dogs... still no meds. First, Allivet says they only received one prescription; my vet sent both at the same time. Also, they did not notify me that they were holding the order for the second prescription; I only learned this when I called to see where my order was. My vet then resent both prescriptions several days ago. I called today to check on my order. They acknowledge receipt of both prescriptions, but the order is still "being processed" 3 days later, even though they state that order processing takes 24-48 hours. Very poor communication and I will never use this company again. The hassle is not worth the small savings on my dogs' medication!

Granted, I only have 1 review, but just a thought when you read my review and you see all the 1 line 5 star reviews, does it make you wonder why all of those people are simply a 1 sentence review and they have only submitted 1 review??? Could the be fake??? Let me start by saying, I don't think it is possible to give the zero or negative review!!! I have worked with the on multiple orders. I I would plead with you, that if you care for your pet, PLEASE do your pet a favor and do just a little research. After this horrible and life threatening experience and I started writing this review, I found a TON/thousands of similar reviews. I truly hope this will help you avoid the near fatal mistake that I made in the process of trying to save a few bucks. For me and my family, this was a HUGE MISTAKE on ALLIVET part and a LARGE MISTAKE THAT I trusted my family's pet. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!! They do have good prices, which is why I used them. However, today I just experienced a second "error" that puts my 4 year old Golden Retreiver at RISK. We were supposed to be on an auto ship, and apparently when I called they said there was a problem with your credit card (I had to change card numbers due to fraud, probably from this poorly run establishment!!!!) and they NEVER EVEN TRIED to advise me. Instead they just totally dropped the ball. Fortunately, I called and got this fixed, or so I thought. Another 2 weeks go by and no meds!!! I just called them and got some BS excuse about that this was clearly their fault. Meantime, my dogs life is at risk. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER and would suggest that you STONGLY EVALUATE if your pets life is worth saving a couple of bucks. I can tell you, mine is not. GOOD BYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE Allivet!!!!

Good site offering good prices on meds for my dogs. Leave adequate time to allow the order to process prior to shipment. I have paid for 2 day shipping a couple of times and haven't received things in that time frame. Reached out to them and they refunded the upcharge for the 2 day shipping.

They're very fast with shipping and prices are great!
