These online pet meds places can be confusing and not very trustworthy. I've find allivet to be both great in customer service and speedy with filling and shipping and order. For example, my last reorder required my vet's approval with a fax. Once they received it the prescription was shipped the next day and I received it two days later. Great customer service.

Was not happy my order went up $10 from my first order. Was told lower price was for first time order but nowhere on the site does it state that. I would think an automatic monthly order would have a set price.

I have been relatively happy with Allivet. The only time I have been dissatisfied is when I recently sent a message about an auto shipment. I never heard anything back from hem. I later realized that I probably suspended the shipment but I still think I should have gotten a response.

After I got a complete okay from the veterinarian the Allivet company shipped expediently in a safe package the order. They notified me every few days when they requested from the vet and the vet wasn't responding so that I could get a hold of my vet and find out why they weren't okaying the prescription. When I needed to call the company and request what the problem was from the veterinarian they were able to help me so that I knew how to complete it on this end to get my order prescription filled. Very helpful company good product good sales good communication five stars I will certainly deal with them in my future.
