Very efficient service for refrigerated overnight pet med needs

The prices are great and the customer service is very good. I have had no problems or issues. I have 2 dogs over 14 yrs old. One has heart problems and the other has had pancreatitis since the age of 4 and is deaf and blind. All this means that medicationa are vital for their continued quality of life and Allivet allows this in a very cost and time efficient manner!

When my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, I didn't know where to go to get the things we needed for her. Allivet provided everything we need, and at a good price. I also appreciate the automatic reordering, so we never run out of what she needs. Ordering (and reordering) is fast and simple, and the items shipped quickly (particularly the items that have to be shipped on ice).

Allivet has been very good about following up with my Vetenerian on the prescriptions i have ordered through them. Their representatives have always been very courteous.

All of my orders for both my dogs and my cat have been filled without any delay. They contact the vets office to obtain any necessary authorizations and keep me informed every step of the way.

The time it takes to get a Rx from the vet is sometimes longer than going to the vet yourself.
